Recordings and transcripts may be automatically reviewed by automated systems, including AI-based tools, for purposes such as transcription, quality assurance, and detecting potential policy violations.

We trust our users, and team members do not routinely listen to or read call recordings. However, if automated review flags a call for a potential violation or unlawful content, a limited number of authorized team members may review the flagged recording or transcript to determine whether further action is needed.

Any such review is conducted privately and respectfully, with your privacy as a priority - access is limited to what's necessary to investigate the flag, and recordings are handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Voicemail Drops & Prerecorded Messages

Lead Hero's calling features may allow users to deliver a prerecorded audio message directly to a recipient's voicemail box, or to place calls that play a prerecorded or artificial voice message. If you receive a voicemail drop or prerecorded message through Lead Hero, the recording was created by, and is the responsibility of, the business that used our platform to contact you, not Lead Hero.

Prerecorded messages and voicemail drops made through the Service are stored so they can be reused for future deliveries and reviewed for quality and compliance purposes, in the same manner described above for call recordings.

You can ask to stop receiving prerecorded messages or voicemail drops from a particular business by following the opt-out instructions included in that message, or by contacting the business directly.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lead Hero, Inc related to your account and service notifications.
